A space for the things we carry
A community for honest stories, real support, and the brave work of becoming more yourself.
Our why
Some of us learned how to be strong before we learned how to ask for help.
Growing up, conversations about mental health don't always happen. We hear “you'll be fine,” “don't tell people our business,” “you have nothing to be sad about,” or simply nothing at all. The Unsaid Project creates space for Black, Brown, and multicultural youth to have the conversations we weren't always given — about our emotions, families, identities, relationships, pressure, and everything we carry quietly. Because you shouldn't have to struggle alone before learning how to understand what you feel.
